Project Overview
We developed a tailored e-commerce solution for CropX360, integrating various advanced technologies to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient back-end operations. At the core of this solution is Directus, which functions as both a Content Management System (CMS) and Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS). This dual role enables CropX360 to manage and deliver content dynamically while providing the necessary infrastructure to handle complex e-commerce functionality.
Directus, acting as the BaaS, provided the essential data model and API structure for managing key aspects of the e-commerce platform. This includes data regarding shopping carts, customer information, checkout processes, and payment data. The integration between Directus, ZOHO Inventory, and Razorpay was facilitated through the Neobiz platform, which served as the central point connecting all these services. Directus enabled the platform to communicate effectively with ZOHO Inventory for product availability and order management, while simultaneously handling payment data from Razorpay to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
This seamless connection between the platform and external services ensured real-time synchronization of cart and inventory data, streamlined the checkout process, and provided secure payment processing. The result was a highly efficient, scalable e-commerce platform that allowed CropX360 to manage its operations effortlessly while providing an enhanced, user-friendly shopping experience for its customers.
