Project Overview
After a consultation, a customized landing page with suitable topics and offers (a "digital service portfolio") is sent to the potential customer via e-mail. The aim is to persuade the customer to switch to AOK Bayern more quickly and transparently and to increase the number of contracts.
Furthermore Mindbox aims for:
- Piloting of a sales microsite
- Easier/ faster/ more efficient support for potential customers
- Individual customer language, compact information packages
- information packages and the possibility of a personal
contact person for all questions relating to the change of insurer
- Removing hurdles from the initial consultation to the conclusion of a contract
