1. Grant of License:

Monospace, Inc. grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the data models, advanced workshops, and other resources provided as part of the Directus+ subscription service. This license is granted to one individual (the Subscriber) to access and use the resources.

2. Permitted Uses:

• You are allowed to use the data models and resources to create derivative components.
• You can create an open-source application that is freely available.
• The resources can be used to create end products for unlimited clients, as well as end products that are sold to end users.

3. Prohibited Uses:

• You cannot create end products that allow other users to create their own end products using the Directus+ resources or derivatives of these resources.
• Redistribution of components as standalone products, either in code or as design assets, is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing your access to the Directus+ resources with any other individuals is not allowed.
• Using the Directus+ resources to produce anything that may be deemed by Monospace, Inc., in their sole and absolute discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with the business of Monospace, Inc. is prohibited.

4. Copyright:

The copyright of the data models, workshops, and other resources is owned by Directus Inc. You are granted only the permissions described in this license; all other rights are reserved. Directus Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of the resource.

5. Competition:

If Monospace, Inc. believes you are competing with us, we reserve the right to determine if you are in violation of our license.

6. Termination:

If you violate these terms, your access to your Directus+ account may be terminated, and a refund may be issued at our discretion. When license violation is blatant and malicious (such as intentionally redistributing the resources), no refund will be issued.

7. Support:

Directus+ is a self-serve product. While we do offer customer support for account and billing issues, we do not offer technical support or consulting.

8. Refund Policy:

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days, and we will offer a refund. Our team reserves the right to withhold refunds if we suspect you are abusing the service.
