Tyler is a US based Senior Technical Customer Success Manager at Directus, where he helps customers get the most out of the platform's data management and API tools. Prior to Directus, he led the Customer Success team at Localize, a website translation and content management SaaS. He also spent several years with Solera (DealerSocket) as a Key Accounts CSM supporting large CRM customers. In his free time, he enjoys playing disc golf, listening to music, and spending time with family.
