Role Overview

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who's eager to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and make a real impact across marketing, sales, and customer success. If you love connecting systems, improving workflows, and working with data, this role is for you.

You'll be the go-to person making sure our revenue engine runs smoothly. You'll manage HubSpot and all our connected tools, keeping data clean, processes efficient, and teams aligned. You'll help drive demand generation by making sure leads are tracked and followed up on effectively, and you'll use AI and intent data tools to help us focus on the best opportunities. You'll also support our sales and customer success teams by streamlining their processes, improving visibility into the sales process and customer journey, and helping them spend more time building relationships instead of wrestling with systems.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with teammates across different teams. You'll get to learn fast, experiment, and directly shape how we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize our tool stack for marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Build and improve workflows, automations, and reporting to support demand generation and sales
  • Keep our data clean and reliable so the team can make confident decisions
  • Work with AI tools and intent platforms to identify and prioritize high-value accounts
  • Integrate and maintain tools across our tech stack
  • Look for opportunities to automate manual work and make processes more efficient
  • Help with team enablement, creating playbooks, documentation, and training so everyone knows how to get the most from our tools and processes
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track results across go-to-market functions

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in RevOps, preferably in B2B tech
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • A solid understanding of marketing and sales funnels and processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and intent data solutions
  • A problem solver who enjoys hands-on building
  • A team player who communicates well and loves collaborating with others
  • Curious, self-motivated, and excited to learn new tools and approaches
  • Experience in a developer-focused or technical B2B company is a plus
