Digital Graphic Designer

Remote, Global
As the Digital Graphic Designer at Directus, you’ll get to showcase your expertise in creating digital assets for our multimedia and digital communication needs. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to deliver premium assets based on existing design systems. You will also have an opportunity to advance and define those design systems and work on the Directus product UX/UI.

Skills & Qualifications
• Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
• Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, creative technologists, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience
• Use the latest software and applications (eg: Figma, After Effects, etc) to design and develop digital solutions
• Experience working customer-facing products with an emphasis on design
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to manage project expectations and timeliness

While officially headquartered in NYC, all our staff is decentralized by design. Our global team has been efficiently working remotely for over a decade, coming together each day via internal chats and telepresence. As long as you have a webcam and a fast/reliable internet connection, you're all set!
