Senior Marketing Manager

Directus is looking to have a Senior Marketing Manager of Integrated Marketing Campaigns join our team and help with our journey forward. Below you will find details about the role, including the requirements of the position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, execution, and results for integrated campaigns across marketing channels and full-funnel activities.
  • Define and manage a calendar of campaigns. Communicate campaign strategy and plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead and contribute to campaign planning sessions.
  • Define and manage campaign briefs incorporating personas, use cases, and segments, as well as tactics and desired outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure campaign assets, content, and execution is on track.
  • Launch and execute the campaigns and report on the impact. Analyze results and surface insights to optimize performance.

  • Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing
  • Experience running integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent organizational skills and can multitask across teams, projects and priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms

  • Experience working at an early-stage startup
